LABAN TRICKS JACOB

Jacob had traveled for days through the wilderness to get to Haran where his uncle, Laban (brother to the mum) lived. He got to an open place that had a well. Shepherds were herding the flock there and since Jacob wanted to know where he was, he approached one of the the shepherds and made an enquiry.
"Hello, kwenu ni wapi?" Yakobo aka 'Jakubu Ntarangwi'😅 asked.
"Sisi ni wachungaji wa Kondoo kutoka Haran. Huwa tunawaleta Kondoo wetu hapa kunywa maji🙁" the shepherds answered. "Aaah, they must be knowing my uncle Laban! I am with the right people 😉" Jacob should have thought to himuselofu. Aayaa, he asked the shepherd, "Do you know a man from Haran by the name Laban?" "Yes, we know him, in fact that is his daughter coming here right now!" The shepherd answered.
"Are you the daughter of Laban?" Jacob asked. "Yes, I am Rachel, the daughter of Laban, wewe ni nani🙁?" Laban's daughter answered. "I am  Jacob, the son of Rebekah, your father's sister😊 Na nimefurrrrahia kukuona😋" Wadau, mkisoma hii story, you will realise that Yakobo alikuwa na nia 😅. "Wonderful, you are Rebekah's son, my father will be happy to see you. Let me go and give him these news" Rachel said. Kidogo kidogo Rachel amecatwalk ameishia kuona budake. This was after giving water to her sheep that she left for home. Jakubu 'Ntarangwi'(hii ni yangu, haiko kwa Bible 😅) waited at the well.
"Dad! Dad! I have some great news here for you!" Rachel shouted.
"What is it my daughter?" Laban asked.
"Your sister's son, Jacob is here in Haran. He has come all the way from Beersheba to see you 😊" Rachel uko sure ni Baba yako amekuja kuona ama anakutaka wewe😉🙊? Aaayaa, wacha tuone😅😂.

"That is wonderful news Rachel 🤗, let me go and bring him home 😊" Laban said. Laban went to meet Jacob and embraced him with great joy. He was elated to meet the nephew since they hadn't met before 🤗.  Rebekah akoje? Na Isaka je? Ile ng'ombe niliwatumia imezaa? Na story mingi zenye tunaita "ncia îrarô" if you hail from Meru like me😅.
Jacob stayed at Laban's house and worked with him in his fields as he attended to his sheep. After a month, Laban spoke to him, "Jacob, just because you are my relative, it doesn't mean you don't need to be paid. Ask me what you want in wages and we will have an arrangement 🤗" Jakubu 'Ntarangwi'ni nani, akamjibu, "mmmhh, ningefurrrrahia Sana kumwoa msichana wako Rachel"  He threw the shots. Laban had two daughters, the older one was called Leah while the younger one was called Rachel. Jacob had fallen in love with Rachel 💙❤️❤️. Aaah wadauuuu, mtafurahiaa 😂😂😂
"Sitamind kuchapa wira kwa miaka Saba kumpata Rachel!" Jacob said to Laban. Wewe hata kuona wazazi wa msichana hauweziii🙄🙄🙄. Na unataka msichana wa wenyewe😂😂😂 ishindwee😂😂😂
"I am glad you love my daughter Jacob! I would love you to marry her too. Therefore stay here with me." Laban replied.
One year, two years, three, four...seven years down the line. Jacob approached Laban. "Ankoo, it's now seven years, now give me your daughter as my wife as per our agreement😁" Brathe ako na raha, ashapata bibi, baridi ya July zii wadau😅.

Aiyaa,wait for it!  "Very well Jacob, you have served me well, let's have a feast in celebration of your marriage 🤗" Laban said. Sherehe ilichapwa wadau. Kondoo waliokufa hawakuhesabika. Lakini niwaulize, sherehe ilifanyika kwa kina Rachel instead of Jacob's place? Utasikia mkenya akisema, hiyo ni kukaliwa hiyo😂😂😂lol.

Wadau, Laban hakufanya poa, imagine aliruka Jacob kiPetero kiYesu akampa Leah instead of Rachel 😒😒😒😒. Leah had a veil on and so Jacob wouldn't know.
Ingekuwa wewe ungepita na mtu hapa😅😅! Hawezi fanyiwa hivo☹️☹️☹️. Ingekuwa mkisii angesema, "Haigwesiii naniii"😂😂😂
Asubuhi wanaamka anapigwa na butwaa. Kumbe si Rachel wadau. "Kama sio Rachel na si afasali mninyonge basi, afasali mninyonge☹️☹️" Jacob could have said that 😂😂.
Jacob was angry and went back to Laban to talk to him. "Why did you trick me Laban?! I served you for seven good years😬😬😬 and this is how you repay me???🤷🤷 You tricked me by sending your elder daughter Leah instead of Rachel. Why did you trick me Laban? Speak to me😬😬"
"Jacob my boy, don't be angry, it is not the custom of our land to marry the younger daughter when the older daughter was unmarried! I will marry Rachel to you after a week, and then you can serve me for another 7 years. That is my request to you." After a week, Jacob married Rachel. Each of the daughters was sent with a maid servant by their dad to help them. Jacob served Laban for another 7 years! He loved Rachel so much than Leah. Leah gave birth to 4 sons while Rachel did not have any children with Jacob😒.
