Wadauuuuuuu🤗🤗... It's been a minute? It's been Covid 19, no, it's been lockdown with a taste of curfew, aah! It's been all in one! Chaotic, yeah?! Well, I am so sorry for the negative effects you could have experienced in the midst of all this😭.
I missed you though ☺️ and ayam sorry for not being consistent on my blogs, hiccups been all over out here but yeah, excuses 🚮.
The last few months or so have been quite tough. Businesses have closed down, people lost their jobs, we have lost our loved ones to Covid 19, damn, it's been a real struggle. Everyone has had their 'tough' during this season. I don't know your 'tough' but I equally had a fair share of my 'tough' and I felt like God has been unjust☺️.
If you are one of the KOTs, the terms violence/chaos button 🔘 should be familiar to you! If your post causes either of the buttons to be pressed, mdauu, run, I said, ruuun, cause you are gonna lose this fight, yeah ma'am, daddy😆. Well, I mean, it got to a point that I pressed the violence and chaos buttons since I kinda felt God was unjust.

You all ever get to a point and talk to God like, "You know what Daddy, I feel like you are overconfident about me. I ain't strong like you think, I honestly don't think so. Could you please, hand over the mantle to someone else, cause, I can't. I am at the corner." It's okay to feel that way!
Allow me to summarize this with a certain story in the Bible. Have you heard of a prophet called Habakkuk. Habakkuk could be a trainer in the Law of Moses in a prophetic school, an institution for educating prophets that cropped up after the days of Samuel. Well, he was a professional prophet but a frustrated one who sought justice against evildoers. This was a tough career you all. Do you remember Jonah? The guy who was forced to go and call out for repentance in Nineveh. Eventually, he declined and got swallowed by a fish(Jonah 1-4) "Go to Kenya and condemn corruption in politicians. " Si afadhali ninyongwe basi ama nimezwe na samaki kama Jonah, cause whoms am I God? Whoms? Whoms am I Jehovah?"😆 It's was a tough assignment tbh.
Habakkuk initiated a conversation with God on his distress about God's silence and inaction in the nations. God seemed unbothered by the injustices that took place in Judah, which had thrived into so much evil. Babylonians would come and execute justice on behalf of God.
Just like Habakkuk, you are wondering why God is silent on your case? Have you pressed or tempted to press the violence/chaos button like Habakkuk as he complained to God.
Why do you force me to look at evil and stare at trouble every other day?! We identify a picture of prideful people humbled while the just live by faith in God.
God may seem unconcerned and inactive but He has a plan to deal with evil and injustice in your life.
In Habakkuk 2:2, the Lord answers prophet Habakkuk, "Write down the vision and make it plain on tablets so that herald may run with it. For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false; Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay."
There's no too dark place and no way too thick for God's grace penetration to occur in a life affirming and powerful way. Write it down, it may linger but it shall come to be!
